You said in another post you bought a 2KXL... which was released in 2000... and you're saying it was released years before your birth... are you saying you're like 12 years old?

So allegedly everyone stopped everything and had babies exactly on these dates 1946, 1965 1982, 2004. If so, why did I not get laid in 2004?

So what does "re-sampling" mean in respect to the 2kxl?

Aight, resample means 2 diff things depending on what gear.

#1 Resample, change the sample rate from 44k to something else.
#2 Resample, record your own output.

2kxl doesn't use the word "resample" anywhere in the manual. It's called CONVERT and it's #1
that 2kxl uses. Neither 2kxl/2k can record it's own outputs.

@ Raudy, don't you have a 2k classic now? While sample waveform is onscreen, did you go through every option/button/menu in there and look?

Forget about resampling on your XL and just run a bit crusher on whatever you want on your computer.

How is it silly? You want to spend time resampling on the XL which is a machine from 15+ years ago or slower, or do it in 1 second at higher quality on the computer?

i understand lol. and i agree that computers are faster being the reason i own a macbook myself. regardless of resampling, my original question was answered lmao cheers
