Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

1. The 230MB drives can handle 230MB disks and 128MB disks
2. I don't know how the 2000xl handles partitions but on the 2000 you can decide how many partitions you want to have. Each partition will be the same size so in the format menu you can create for example partition A-C (3 partitions) on a 230MB (228MB usable) disk. Each partition will be 76MB. Or you create.......wait..........

I appreciate that. :worthy: .....So in essence, figuratively speaking, this can be sort of a work around for not having "folders" on the classic? So for instance, I could put drums in partition A, samples in partition B etc...? Is this a fair assessment?
