Mpc2000xl all lights are on with blank screen

I'm having a problem with my MPC 2000 XL can you point me in a direction with somebody that knows how to fix them I tried to change the floppy drive and all the lights are on and the screen is blank it won't let me do nothing it's frozen I went on MPC forum other people have the same problem but they never reply back on how to fix it ....

I have the same problems but I hope this will work when I later this week put in the floppydrive and start with new OS.
