Sequence not sending program change (2KXL)

Hello

My 2KXL isn't sending program change messages when I start a sequence. I mean the setting on the main screen (where it says "Pgm:" next to "ON:") and not an inserted program change event in step edit (that does work but I don't want to send a program change every time the sequence loops).

I thought when Pgm: is set to something other than OFF then a program change event is sent when the sequence starts, but only once.

When I set the value manually of Pgm: a program change event IS sent.

I'm observing what my modules are doing AND using a MIDI monitor to confirm the presence/lack of events

Transmit program changes is set to YES

Any help appreciated!

Odd though. What's the point in that setting if it doesn't transmit the PC?
