You just need two: 6.55 mm MONO JACK CABLES
They are the same as what all electric guitars use and if you walk into a music shop and say "I would like to buy a guitar lead" they will show you.

Alternately you can type this '6.55 mm MONO JACK CABLE' into ebay.
Or type it into google and look at a picture of it.
