Need Help Fixing Compact drive

Hello All.

I am new to the drum machine gang and would like pointers if possible.

I purchased a new drive:

Can anyone help me out were to find the correct cables/ribbons? I am thinking there is something wrong with the ones I currently have so I want to purchase new ones to eliminate them as an issue.

Also, a detailed How-To for installing a drive would be great.

PS. Is anyone from Phoenix, AZ? I would like to know if there are any repair shops around here.
