eeprom keypad

Hi,
anyone knows anywhere i can find eeprom image for the keypad in 2000xl? I have two possibilities, broken cpu or bad memory. Easisest to burn new eeprom first and try

the easiest is to take the memory out, and run the machine without it. then you'll know if it's the memory.

What difference should that make? Tx from UPD78C10 is constant high, some action between cpu and eeprom. No action on PA-PB, some action at PD ports. setting RST to low takes down all activity.

you said you might have a memory problem, so the simplest thing to do is remove the memory and see if you still have the problem.

I guess he is referring to the internal memory.
