How do you guys connect an asr 10 to mpc 2000xl so I can sample from the asr 10 and the other way around?

So here's what you do
grab a MIDI cable
plug one end in the ASR
plug the other end in the MPC
then
grab a MIDI cable
plug one end in the ASR
plug the other end in the MPC
then
