Connect MPC to computer

Sup guys

I have a little problem and I hope you can help me

I just bought this audio interface https://www.thomann.de/de/art_usb_dual_ ... YAQAvD_BwE
plus some 1/4" cables...
I am trying to record a song from my mpc to fl studio on my computer but I cant figure out how to do that...
I tried to connect the left&right stereo out from my mpc to the audio interface left&right... but cant record anything on fl studio...
then i tried the "record in" left&right from the fl studio and it also didnt work...
as you guys might realize, I am not really experienced so I need some help here...

Maybe settings with your audio interface that you need to tend to.

MPC left/right output -> audio interface input left/right.

These cables are the ones to be considered

I am confused now...
I got the exact same cables but I cant figure out how to record on FL
Is it right that I am only using the L&R at the back of the audio interface?
Do I have to connect the two inputs in the front (left input and right input) to the MPC as well?
Plus I cant really figure out how FL studio needs to be set up so I can record a song from my MPC into FL...

Doesn't matter if front or back of interface. Setup with audio interface AND setup with FL is likely your problem. You really should like into that. There are things that should be done in order for the audio to pass through to be recorded/played. It's not just physically connect and go.
