Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

yo. After about 5 minutes of being on my screen now looks like I’m staring at the sun n it’s time to drop some dough and perform surgery. I see mpc stuff put out their own new blue screen- this may be an old man question but is this color harsh on your eyes? I don’t know if the term blue light is literal but I try to protect my eyes these days with all the glowing goin on and I’m just wondering if anyone who upgraded to a blue screen felt adverse effects from it if it was all good…. 8)

Constant exposure to blue light over time could damage retinal cells and cause vision problems such as age-related macular degeneration. It can also contribute to cataracts, eye cancer and growths on the clear covering over the white part of the eye.

This is the reason so many people tethered to their screens have issues later on. They stare at screens before going to bed with all other lights off and the blue is killin 'em slowly. Night mode helps but the threat is still there.
