I tried to search for this, but I didn't find the answer that I wanted. Sorry if this is asked all the time, but anyway..

Anyone know of a cheap place to get RAM? I found 32MB for $25 on ebay, but if anyone knows of a cheaper place, please drop a link.

Thanks,

got to www.oempcworld.com they sale the ram for the mpc. its called 72 pin sims . ebay is good too but this place has good prices plus youll know for sure your not gona get rip off or even if th ram dont work you can get your money back or replacement with out no problem..but to make your internet search more wider try looking for old pentium computers ram cause thats all the ram for the mpc is. I went to a local computer store in my city and just ask for it and got it, they didnt know nothing about a mpc. But it works cause its all the same. remember you want 2 16mb chips

i once ask some one and they told me you would still need two 32 mb chips to max out the mpc...so i just played it on the safe side and got two 16 mb chips.

I just looked at the MPC2000XL manual, and it said one 32MB and none in the other slot is okay. I don't think that works for the MPC2000 though because it's manual doesnt say.. thanks for help though
