If you are unaware by now many producers, like myself, wish to use some of the sounds available in garageband in other DAW's, in my case the MPC software included with my MPC studio. So first off...

1. Have sound flower installed

2. Have mpc settings on as if you were to sample from the internet/youtube

3. Set garageband's input and output on the same sound flower channel used on the MPC

4. Go to the sample record screen on MPC

5. Press record and start playing on garage band

the only downside to this is that you have to trigger them as a loop in the MPC software.
I found that this is also useful when wanting to fix a sample and make a loop stay on beat. Ideal for chops don't you think?? 8) 8) 8) 8)
