I'm looking to upgrade my studio & move towards a hybrid setup, but before I make purchases, I'd like to figure out if the routing is possible beforehand. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

Gear list:
- RME UCX
- Mackie Big Knob
- Akai S6000
- Akai MPK 249
- AT LP120 turntable
- Bass Station
- JP 8080
- FL Studio 12

What I want to do:

Use the Big Knob to control audio levels from any PC program/DAW, while also being able to route audio from the turntable, hardware gear and any audio from the computer and send it into the Akai S6000 sampler, then have that processed audio go back into the PC, where I can chop it and play it in FL Studio with the MPK 249 pads/keys using FPC or Slicex & piano roll

The Big Knob has a built in phono preamp for my turntable, but I'm not sure how I would route the audio either from the RME UCX interface or the Mackie Big Knob without degrading the signal.

I'm looking for the most efficient way, that would involve the least amount of cabling.

I want to route big chunks of audio from any source, into the S6000, then from the S6000, have it go into the PC where I can setup my chop points and play/record them with the MPK 249.
