INTERFACE SUGGESTIONS

So I was thinking of getting an interface but right now I'm stuck between getting a presonus Audibox USB 2x2 USB or a focusrite Scarlett 2i2. I heard having no latency is better so I'm wondering which one is better Or is there a better one
Ps I'm on a budget

I'm using Scarlett 2i4 which is playing very nicely with macbook air and ableton lite. I was going to get the 2i2 but forked out a few more $ to get some designated midi connectivity. I use it mostly as a monitor for MPC1K and feed VST synths into the mpc via the interface. It's pretty easy to swap things out and rearrange workflow depending if I'm sampling/writing basslines/tracking out. Plus you get a bunch of free instruments, samples and software with it.

And you can use this to record you songs right? Instead of using a CF card reader?
