mpc studio lag/delay

Hello,

I'm running mpc studio, connected to my pc via usb. When making a beat, there is delay between when I press a pad and what I hear. This makes it hard for me to instinctively create beats. Is there a setting or configuration I can make to resolve this issue? Frustrating and I don't want to have to return it unless there's a better option.

Preferences > audio, adjust latency & audio buffer to lowest setting that doesn’t introduce glitches
