Are there any places in the UK that repair MPCs?

I'd be really grateful if someone coud hook me up with a number or something because my mpc2500 is **** (well just the jog wheel), but still working.

What i think would be really useful on the forum is a list of places that fix MPCs

you should have a go yourself mate, it's not difficult, you'd just need to get the part from somewhere.

I just had Steve fix my 2000xl (Nov 2014).

After I damaged it fitting the 8-outs from an S3000 incorrectly - frying parts of the motherboard, damaging the audio line (no sound) and the pads were unresponsive - Steve fixed everything - now it's like new.

He also put on a new functioning slider and gave it a general service - the jog wheel works just like new and is mega responsive as it should be. Can't vouch more for this bloke! Really decent service and knows what he's doing. Was very clear regarding work on the unit and reliable.

His repair work was also very good value for money unlike others in the UK who consider themselves MPC 'doctors' and charge extortionate fees for basic soldering and spare parts easy accessible on ebay or otherwise. This is from personal experience with other services and not trash talk. So anyone in the UK or Europe reading this who is stuck with a necessary repair need, Steve in Cambridge is the go-to guy.

Steve has fixed my MPC 4000. I lost my hope and I thought to sell MPC for the parts, but then I've found this topic and I do not regret. Many thanks to Steve! If you got an issue with your MPC, that's the right person to help you.
