Mute Group and MONO/POLY problems

Hi Guys!
I have a very annoying problem and I hope someone can help me...
I have 5 Tracks for my drums ( Snare,Hihat,Openhihat,Kick,Shaker) which are all in one Program ( Play:POLY)
When I want to flip my Sample ( Own Program for that with Play:MONO) over them, My Kick mutes a part of the sample. I have all mute group settings off ( on both programs ! ) but It doesnt stop muting my Sample on a specific part of the sequence..
Has anyone a solution for this??

make drum hits, except snare - monophonic voices - program is poly, cool. now change individual pads to monophonic overlap. also don't use to much stereo samples
