HELP DIRECTIONAL BUTTON NOT WORKING

HEY SO MY RIGHT DIRECTIONAL BUTTON SEEMS TO TAKE SEVERAL PRESSES. I dont want to force it n eventually wear it out. Anything i can do to fix it? Any place i can take it to open it up n see? I heard this issue before is it common? N whats the easy fix if there is one. Cheers

If step 1 doesn't work: replace tact switch (search these forums)
