MPC+Spectralis MK 1 midi problem

Hi there.I have a mpc 1000 with jjos 2 and a Radikal Technoloigies Spectralis MK 1. The problem is that i thought it woul;d be fun so sequnce the mpc inside the Spectralis because is more quick and more fun to play with the notes. The problem is when i try to select another track into mpc i lose the sequnce from the spectralis because it s jumps to the track that i select.Hope it makes sense

Is it possible to play it like that?
