I've deleted your other identical posts - there is no best place to buy these mpcs, they are all discontinued so you just need to get them whoever they are available. eBay, Craigslist, gumtree, here in the for sale section etc. Otherwise you'll need to buy from a specialist dealer like mpc stuff.com where they are properly refurbished with a warranty.
