Akai Pro Customer Support

Does anyone have a phone number where I can reach technical support at Akai? Every time I call its all automated, there's never an operator around, and it sends me to an answering machine, I need to speak with a human, that works for Akai, that can possibly help me with technical issues. Ridiculous all I have to go through for some simple support after spending 10's of thousands of dollars on their products.
