Hi I had to reinstall my operating system on my laptop and am trying to reinstall mpc essentials for my mpk225. It is a pc running windows 8. I log into my akai account and it shows my license numbers and a link to a windows download. However it is only an update not the full program and wont install. So I go to another link on the site and it will download the installer then give me an exclamation point saying it cant be installed.
Apparently it thinks I already have the program and would like to update. Ive followed all the tutorials I could find and have gotten no where. I spent quite a bit of time on this and would appreciate some help.
