Hello everybody! I've been using my regular PC keyboard to play chords, which sucks and using piano roll to lay down drums, which also sucks & is boring.
I've been saving up for a new audio PC & some essential pieces of gear.
Just wondering how some of you getting along with the MPC software or other DAWs like FL Studio 12 and Windows 10? Do these programs run smoothly yet on Windows 10 vs Windows 7. I'm still stuck on Vista SP1
Also, would spending $250 on an MPC Studio be justified over spending about $70 on a used MPD 26/32? I know the Studio is supposed to work "seamlessly" with the software, but the MPD's have a good reputation for working well in software, right?
When I get my studio space right, I'm looking to pick up a used RME Fireface and either the Studio(Black) or an MPD and also something like an MPK for chords & piano, etc.
