1000 or 2500

Yo, from all the research i've done, the only differences that i can find between the two is that the 2500 has more outs, 2knobs, grid edit, flip screen, and the autochop can analyze waves. This is of course, when the 1000 has the updated JJOS.

Can anyone tell me why I would want to get the 2500 instead of the 1000. The only features that I mentioned above that I would like is the grid edit and the autochop.

I'm still not sure if the JJOS allows the analyzing of waves on the 1000.

These are pretty much all the differences. Don't forget that the 1k has smaller pads too. Autochop is garbage, imo.

Either one is fine but I'd get the 2500, feels more like a true mpc although it's plagued with hardware problems so have that in mind.
