I've got an mpc2k midi'd up with a korg er-1 and novation k-station and when I assign samples to the pads on the mpc they transfer themselves to the part keys on the korg & the keys on the novation. Is there anyway of not sending these from the MPC end? :?:

Have you looked under MIDI ( Shift 9) to see if the "sync out" was on?

The korg doesnt actually have the sounds on it. The sounds or samples are on your mpc, if you have the Korg midi'd to the mpc, the korg will trigger those sounds on the mpc. I think, but not sure, you can turn the local on on the korg to stop it from doing this. I dont know if this helped at all. Sorry if it confused you more.
