I recorded a guitar sample to a track and I have been adjusting the tempo so that the loop sounds correct, but the closer I get to getting it right, the more of the samples end is cut off. I remember hearing somewhere that you have to add to the samples end to avoid this, but I do not know how to. Can anyone help?

Increase the end point/value in TRIM mode. If you can't do that because the sample isn't actually long enough i.e. you didn't record it in the first place, or you deleted it already, then just re-sample it. That what you mean?
