The price is reasonable, considering how much work these modules need to get into a reliable state again.
If you want to handle line and mic signals, these make sense.
Without mic application it‘s too expensive imho.
In particular for line signals it doesn‘t necessarily turn crap into gold, so it also depends a lot on the source design.
That‘s why I suggested a rent to check out how much improvement can be expected.
But of course you could return the unit (online purchase) if it doesn‘t please you.
