2500 cd drive

Hey guys I have a mpc 2500 with a cd drive but have no clue on how to save on to it....so was wondering if anyone could help me with this.....or a link to how to use it because in the 2500 manual it has nothing about the cd drive and how to use it.

Chapter 16: Save / Load) about saving to the CD/DVD drive.

writing to cd was added in a later os so you find the information in the addendum 1.2 to the user manual.

hello!

i don´t know in which os exactly the writing to cd was added, you have to read the release notes to find out.

but if you upgrade to the latest official os you also get bugfixes and other new features for your mpc, like stereo chop shop. so unless you want to use the unoffcial os in any version updating your mpc to a newer official os is a no brainer.

stick with version 1.23 if you don´t need stereo chop shop as it is a bit faster or go all the way to the latest os 1.24 - writing to cd works with both of these.
