If I upgrade to jjos will I lose any work iv done on 1.23

Hey guys iv just brought a mpc2500 and he came with os 1.23 on it, I'm planning on upgrading to the free jjos but was wondering if the work I saved and done on 1.23 os will still be there after I installed jjos...I have my stuff saved in the external memery and on flash card. Thanks guys.

To be honest a quick google search or using the search function on here would of answered your question, here a link to the "JJOS 101 - The Complete Beginner's Guide To JJ OS" that the MPC Tutor wrote. You will your answer in the guide.
