Now I own a MPC2500

I can't resist giving a little more detail...It would be nice if a certain somebody help a brother out.

But I am honestly trying to give some useful info. Oh and about your comment 'you're pissing me off with this 'i've got an mpc2500' ****

Yo nick, does it have the blueish-white screen, or is it green like
a Roland screen? I know all the pictures have a screen with a
greenish tint, but so did the official akai pics of the newer 2000XL model.
When I bought it, it was actually blue screen tho. So, tell me
the real deal on the 2500.

so.. quickly now... first impressions.. love it or hate it? or somewhere in between

I don't hate it..its is better than the 2000XL hands down. But I will reserve my other comments for later.

If it's better than the XL handsdown, then i must take your word for it.

Hopefully I will do this review some justice. So far, I see no reason (besides money) that an MPC 2000XL or 1000 wouldn't want to upgrade to this. Yes, I know its expensive.

Jahrome, were you like this right b4 the 1k came out?

I never liked the MPC 1000. But I was like this when the MPC 4000 came out...not quite though because I did more hustlin then.

Yeah no nick. But, 'Rome, you wanna comment on this one?

The MPC 2500 has a green screen. My daughter said that she prefers the white screen. However, the green screen is not bad at all (so far). Everything is highly visible.

I'm wit her, man, I love the white screen. But I'm sure I could get used to
it if it works.

ive got nick tied up in my basement he said i could play with his 2500 but then he wanted it back...
