Yeah...I am tired of trying different drives in this thing.

Its about 12:30 PM Japanese standard time so I will hit up a few spots to get mine. But this CD drive aint cheap at 22,800 yen including tax plus shipping.

Oh well....whats a couple hundred dollars :cry:

Heck, I think my girlfriend is giving me a hint she wants $100 for new shoes. What's a couple hundred more? No problem. I need a CD drive in here bad. Now, if it only used DVD drives...!

Only if it can burn DVD-Rs.....

But hey, I can't find where it states that it will burn CD-Rs.

I have been informed that the CD drive will not require as OS update. I might not give up on finding a 3rd party drive after all. I have only tried using CDRW drives.
