Evening folks,
another question for you more experienced guys out there:
Is the 2500 able to produce Pitch Bend or Modwheel MIDI commands when used as a sequencer for another piece of equipment? I tried using it with an Akai S3000XL sampler, and what i'm aiming for is to use the q-link sliders for example to transmit a pitchbend signal, which i can use to modulate the filters and LFO on the S3000. Is this possible at all with the 2500?
According to the MIDI implementation chart it should transmit Pitch Bend, or is this only to loop through commands from another keyboard? I tried several things, but only been able to transmit velocity to the sampler so far.
