loading songs bug

i've noticed that after i save all my work for a particular song as a .all file, the track for whatever sequence i was last on has a different program than the one i originally saved to the .all file. Usually it seems like it's the program that's on the first track that becomes the program for the track that i was on when i saved the .all file. Has anyone else had this problem? Cause it sucks to have to go back through all your loaded programs to find the on that belongs everytime i load a song!!!
