mpc 2500 jjos 128 xl COPY and PASTE pad event

Is there a way to duplicate a pad event in jjosxl 128xl? For instances I want to layer my kick with the exact same timing as my other kick... it wont let me copy and paste it on a different pad in grid mode and in edit mode it only offers transpose or copy and paste in the same pad also.
ps: I do not want it in different tracks... i would like all the drums in one track with the ability to copy and paste pads.

simult pad would give you this but it wont apply the same Qlink data
