I just bought the MPCSTUFF Harddrive Kit. I have a 80gb WD drive thats been formatted with FAT32 from my PC. When I push it into the MPC its never recognized. If I pull it out and put it into me external hd it shows up fine on PC or OSX. No matter what I do it wont show up in the MPC.
I reseated the cable, unplugged the port which the hd kit pushes into and made sure the connection was firm and pushed in. Made sure the white ribbon was pushed into the motherboard. It all looks fine.
Any chance the HD KIT is bad?
