MPC AS MASTER / ABLETON AS SLAVE TIME ISSUE

Hi, as the title says I use mpc 1000 with jjo2xl as master and ableton as slave. I have ext,play and record button on my daw checked,so when I press play the out of the mpc gets recorded into my daw. When I record all channels in one take (one channel in ableton) and press play everything works fine.However when I try to record in separate tracks,which means each time I solo kick,snare,sample etc and record it in different channels in ableton it sounds out of time,like it isn't synced at all. After I record each track of each sequence in a different channel in ableton and press play it just doesnt sound like the whole song in mpc.

make ableton the master and u will get more accurate results. you will still need to do some realigning of waveforms tho. its just part of the fun of having a mix of hardware and software.
