backing up 'project files' to computer

Can you duplicate the folder and program and sample information from the mpc and put it somewhere on your computer for later retrieval? This isn't clear to me. My cf card just failed on me and I lost 3 months of work so if I'm going to get a new card etc. I'd like to know there's a way to copy all this info for later. Would I need a duplicator?

I am NOT talking about exporting a WAV file or sending analog audio out to record somewhere. I'm talking about backing up the program information, etc. THANKS!

Yes just connect MPC to computer via USB, go to LOAD > USB > MOUNT, and when the MPC appears as a removable drive on your computer, copy the CF card files to your computer.
