SAMPLES/CFC&MPC HARD DRIVE TO IMAC FORMAY ISSSUES

Any input/advice would be great. I'm having format issues. I'm current;y running JJOS128 ver.1.06. I save samples, programs, sequences, and projects fine on the mpc2500. When my memory on my mpc's hard drive and cf cards get full i transfer them to my IMAC thats running OS X EL CAPITAN Version 10.11.6. When i save samples/programs/sequences in the IMAC and load them onto my cf card at a later date. My mpc2500 doesn't recognize the samples etc. etc. on my cf card. Has anybody else ran into this issue? i have tons of samples and drum kits that are currently useless at this point because of this annoying issue. Thanks in advance for any advice!
