Can't Get Chorus Effect Mix Send To Work

Hey everyone,

I'm runnimg OS2XL 3.5. When I send the chorus to a track, the option to scroll through how much you want to send doesn't affect anything. I don't know if it's a bug or i'm doing something wrong.

Would really appreciate the help!
