Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure of having a finger on every pad.

i find chopping by ear on small projects is really rewarding. especially when i feel like i've crafted something new literally out of something old. I can accept its not everyone's preference, but I like it!

I have a 500 that was QC stamped on the PCB board on June 2013. Its built like a tank really. I was very surprised how weighty it felt. I was worried cus some of the reviews slammed it saying it was plastic ... but bad plastic. Its like Rolands TB 303....... flopped but will be a classic in years to come.

I use a 3000 as my main piece and the 500 for when I travel and I love the 500. It's a great little piece and can do everything I need it to.

And it's effects unit is great, especially the master EQ. Damn that thing is awesome!
