Program Change MPC500

Hi everyone,
anyone knows if the 500 is able to send Program Change messages only to external hardware?

Something like HIT PAD -> PROGRAM CHANGE
No sequence involved, just like a note assign.

I reckon MPCs w/ JJOS can do that

Program Change can be only invoked by the sequencer.
As for the second question, there's no way to send Program Change only to external hardware. Only way how to work around that is having disjunctive Program Change numbers for internal & external...
