Reviews and questions about the entry-level MPC500

A few days ago I bought Akai MPC 500, and I have some problems with this: When I play, the sample is chaotically interrupted, and I can not continue to play and record my bits properly.
help me with this, if it possible.

Without seeing the video I'd say it sounds like a faulty RAM chip.

Thats the right type of RAM but it can still become glitchy. If your polyphony settings in the pgm are fine then I think it has to be the working memory aka. the RAM.

I will check my own RAM next because I have the same symptoms here. I don't know if these units are just falling apart totally...I mean maybe the mother boards etc. are so bad quality that they are just come to their max age. Everyone seems to have their units fail like this, I have a mint condition 500 that has had these same problems for the last week or so. I have checked every setting without solution.

I have two main suspects: my storage media and the ram. I can't test my beats w/o the 128 Mb RAM because most of my project folders are more than 16 Mb. But I will try to make small projects with the internal ram only and test if I get the same errors.
