Just got my brand new MPC500!!! I'm hella excited and I'm about to pop it open and get to work Peace....

Thanks yall! I'm gonna post pics as soon as I find my little digital camara. But its a thing of beauty. And Yes this is my first MPC. Upright, I've read your post and you seem very familiar with MPC's and you have two of em. I might be asking you questions at some point. As all the rest of the peeps here. But I'm not new to beat making, just the MPC. But I look forward to mastering this Beast in a small package

Which store?

How much did you pay?

I got it at the world famous Guitar Center. I tried all I could to work them down on thier $799.00 price. So the guy got one of the managers of the store, and when he put in his code he claimed he couldn't get the price down any lower because Akai wouldn't let him. He did offer me a no tax deal on it provided I buy an accesory. So the tax would have been like $49 more dollars or somthin. Anyway, here are some shots of my new gear.....(thats if I uploaded these pics right )
