I just bought this ram on ebay , the seller has lots of good feedback. It comes with 15,555 samples(so he says)when you order. I wonder if they will all be on one disk?? Probably won't sound all that great, but who knows
maybe I'll be shocked.

I paid a total of 44.94 plus tax.

here's the link if anyone needs it.

Wow, that looks like a really good deal. The only problems are, I already ordered and I didn't want 256MB. I want the ram to match my Mpc 2500 which has 128MB. I don't want to worry about one machine having more ram than the other, because it makes it a hassle when loading sequences and programs.

I.e if the MPC 500 has 256MB of ram with 160MB of samples, loading my work to the 2500 that only has 128MB of ram is when the problem comes in.

Thanks. :D

Yeah the samples come on one CD, I haven't really checked them all out yet, but mine had "Alchemist Drums, Just Blaze Drums, some VST stuff, and a big folder with the sellers drum collection.

even though a 256mb stick of ram will work, your MPC will only see 128MB.

No matter what you load (the 128mb/256mb)
The most you will see, or be able to use is 128MB.

Cool?

They're ok, basically some more source material to Flip and Tweak to get some good sounds out of.
I don't know if these kinds of libraries are the same drums that the people they say the set comes from uses, but some might be.
They're a good place to start off with, and some sounds are pretty cool.
