resampling

one more question.. when I resample I get sometimes my files played in mono . and other times I get the sample as supposed to be in stereo.
I had the rec mode all the time set in stereo.

could somebody please help me ? I don't have a clue what I do wrong and its the only way to transfer songs to my pc. nobody has this problem?
