No - I talk about this in the 'feature suggestion' topic. They have it in the mixer screen (hover over the volume slider and see the exact volume setting etc), but not in the sequencer. It seems odd to not have that 'numeric' feedback, I think most regular MPC users would just like to have that there if they needed it.

Can you nudge/shift notes in realtime using the Q-links? If so, do you get the full 960 ppqn to play with?

You can't nudge notes from the hardware. To nudge notes, you have to use the mouse to select the note and then use your keyboards arrows buttons to nudge using the current T/C value. Holding down your keyboards Shift key and while using the arrow buttons allows you to nudge using full 960 ppqns.

This works whether the sequence is playing or not.

Yeah, Maschine also lacks this basic feature as well. **** stupid! I don't get it. The data is obviously in the software since it knows where your notes are. How hard is it to just display it so we can see it?!

Now, about the piano roll screen, and this is VERY important; if I click/highlight a note in the editor window, will there be a field somewhere on the screen that tells me ALL the midi parameter values of that note like a standard step editor would, ie Velocity, position (like 10:03:02:54), note (C2, D#1, etc), and note duration? I despise that Maschine lacks this!

we hadnt planned this but thats a good idea. looking in to how hard it would be.

Does the Big Data Knob make that annoying click sound like it does on the 2500? when you turn it? and how do the buttons feel in general? I remember on the 1000 and 2500 all the buttons would start to feel a little off after extensive use.
