@Lyricalgenius81or anyone who still need to know how to delete automation on MPC X.

Haven't figured out how to do it in standalone mode but on the MPC software, go to the list view window. On the bottom of the List View window, you will see a View box. Select Program Automation then highlight the automation. You can use Cntrl+ A to select them all then hit the DELETE key on the MPC Hardware screen.
