For a standard VSTi, make sure the plugin is installed on your computer, then make sure the MPC Software has scanned it (Preferences > Plugins).

Set up a PLUGIN type track in your sequence, assign the VST to the track (under 'PLUGIN'), click on the 'e' icon to open the plugin interface so you can set up the plugin itself.

Is it working? As the plugin generates additional sequencer notes, it may not work as intended in the MPC, then again it might work perfectly. I can't test it as it's a Windows-only plugin.

Chordz is a plugin that works as MIDI insert, i.e. a MIDI transformer, which you can't use in MPC Software. Those use incoming MIDI data and transform it into other MIDI data, while in the software you can only use instrument or audio FX plugins.

Have you tried the implemented chord playing tool (via hardware: PAD ASSIGN)?
