plug in problem..

I have a problem with my ren. I use the machine for some time now but I haven´t really used the plugins yet. now when I´m trying to activate the bank f.e. the software kinda crashes. I can´t do nothing with the mp until I turn off the plugin and then the program works fine again... anyone knowing what the problem could be??

What version of the Mpc are you using, what are your computer specs?

Well I dont really know which version of the mpc I have - a normal renaissance I guess. I have an AMD quad core PC with 2.30 GHz and 4 GB RAM and I´m using Windows 7!

oh ok.. I guess I´m working with 1.9.6 - the newest version I think!

nobody knowing how to solve this issue?- it´s kinda annoying that I can´t use the plugins on the mp..

I could be wrong but I believe Windows 7 support was dropped after 1.8 and was Win 8+ for 1.9.x. Try going back to a 1.8.x version and see if it works.
