help failed to launch-mpc studio

im trying to install my mpc studio, and it comes up on my laptop as unable to launch when trying to install the software, someone please help me, coz i just wanna get making music with the damn thing

sorry for sounding thick, but what do you mean by specs? laptop?

amd quad- core processor a4 5000, 6gb ddr3, 1000gb hdd, 802.11b

He means computer os version. Also please give more step by step details of what you are doing, on screen error messages etc.

Which windows version? 10, 7, Vista, XP? Also do you have the Silver or Black Studio? If it's the Silver studio are you trying to install it from the included CD?

Go to legal website and download there edition

hi its the black mpc studio amd i think its windows 9 ill have to check tho
